NO FALSE INFORMATION. All details submitted to us are presumed correct. Only information necessary for delivery can be altered upon your request.

NO REFUNDS. Non-compliance with subsequent payments will result to forfeiture of orders and payments made.

Delay on the supplier or the fansite’s end is not, in any way, our liability. Note that fansite projects are susceptible to delay and sometimes cancellation. In case of cancellation on the supplier or the fansite's end, refunds will only be made after payments are returned to us.

DAMAGE or LOSS caused by the shipping courier in handling the items is not our full responsibility. We could only offer assistance on tracking lost items. On the other hand, to prevent damages, we do assure you that we will pack your items with love and care ♡

For INCOMPLETE or WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED, A clear, complete, and raw video of unboxing must be provided by the customer.
